SA200P Portable infrared temperature detection, adopts unique non-contact human infrared surface temperature detection technology, and single point detects the temperature of the person's surface of wrist or forehead. Unattended infrared thermometer box can be used alone, or can be widely integrated in metal detector doors, ordinary doors, access control systems, disinfection equipment and other devices that need integrated temperature measurement functions

It has the function of voice warning of abnormal body temperature and can effectively prevent large-scale and group disease transmission. It can be widely used in temperature monitoring in prisons, courts, schools, hospitals, banks, buildings, electronics companies, ports, passenger stations, exhibition halls, conference centers, major celebrations, concerts and other places.

Q1: Is it possible to have the degrees displayed in Farenheit?

A: Fahrenheit or Celsius only can be selected one to display

Q2: Does the system need any calibration?

A: NO need

Q3: Does the System has any installations in airports? What would be some examples of high traffic areas where they have been deployed?

A: Currently, we only have installed in Xinjiang airport(China), abroad market supplied by trading company or agent, haven't show us the photos or disclose the end user situation.

This device is compact and suitable for most civilian places, such as building entrances, industrial zone entrances, and even company entrances, supermarkets, hotels, banks, shopping malls, schools, buses, subway station entrances, etc. We have installed in various places in China.

Q4: Do you have any data about how accurate the system is?

A: Three sides can explain the accurate:

1. About the sensor, We adopt the Medical probe imported from Belgium(MLX90614 is an Infra Red thermometer for non contact temperature measurements.)

2. A blackbody radiation source with a known temperature, or, whose temperature can be measured, is usually used for calibrating and testing the radiation thermometers. Which is used for our products calibrating.

3. We also tested SA200P in high temperature 40degree container, still can work in normal.

Q5: Is there a specific distance we recommend people to stand in order to maximize accuracy?

A: We recommend the closer to the probe is better, the better is 1-10CM

Q6: How often do the System require calibration to maintain maximum accuracy?

A: Do not need calibration.

Q7: Have these cameras been field tested?

A: SA200P or SA200D is not infrared image camera. It's single point temperature measurement probe, more accurate than imaging camera.

Q8: Are software updates included for the life span of the product? If not, do they come at a cost?

A: No need updates software.

Q9: Can the System handle a certain flow of traffic? Has this been measured? What is the suggested rate of traffic flow of people through a screening lane?

A: 2seconds per person(tested)

Q10: How does the tech support work

A: Technic support online by Skype or other communication tools.
